One thing you wouldn’t expect at an agricultural show, even one of the best in the country, is an extraordinary display of talent from the Bolddog Lings Freestyle Stunt Team (of BGT fame), but that is just what Bucks County Show has on offer when it opens its doors on Thursday 27th August in Weedon Park near Aylesbury.
Running for nearly 150 years, this year will not be short of entertainment for the whole family with dancing sheep, show jumping and more than two hundred trade stands bringing you the very best in cottage industry products.
Both young and old can learn a traditional rural craft and brush up on their cookery skills with demonstrations and of course there will be lots of tasting going on in the Food Hall which promises to be even bigger and better than last year. With lots of competitions, displays and activities for the young ones, this is a great day out.
Don’t let the family time stop at the end of the day! Head over to The Bull Hotel where we can offer the traditionalist amongst you the best of British menu; or if you are feeling the summer, then try our Mediterranean cuisine using the very best of local seasonal produce and serviced in our Beeches Restaurant overlooking our landscaped gardens.
