Gerrards Cross Food Festival

We at the Bull Hotel have always been partial to great food and drink, so it’s good to know that it’s all about the food during the weekend of the 14th & 15th June at the Memorial Centre, with the ‘Do You Love Foods’ festival. Opening at 10am on both Saturday and Sunday, it offers great value at only £9.00 for a family of four. Local sellers will be showcasing their produce and there are always plenty of samples to try before you buy.

Amongst the award winning jams, preserves and cheeses, there will also be the more unusual foods such as: chilli lemon curd, truffle honey and Mae Flow & Poppy Apple Cider. Several Cottage Industry stalls, complementing the food and beverage on offer, will be selling items such as: potted herbs, hand-thrown stoneware, Italian and French clothing, and wooden children’s toys.

Back at the Bull Hotel, we have a fantastic treat for Fathers’ Day. Make that special man in your life smile with a delicious Sunday lunch or some char-grilled delights from our Father’s Day BBQ (weather permitting), held especially to give your man a rest from his family BBQ duties. Afterwards, have a leisurely drink in our country-style Jack Shrimpton Bar, (named after the 17th-century highwayman) where he, and you, can enjoy some finely crafted real ales from local microbreweries.
