Arrived Saturday checked in saw room and had lunch in bar, food excellent plates hot beer cold👍 the evening reception went smoothly the food, service and music were fabulous and the Lady Maitre D was fun and efficient. A GREAT NIGHT HAD BY ALL. Breakfast equally excellent. My only comment is I wish I didn’t always get room 211 or 212 it’s like the route March at Heathrow, but well done all including reception

Myself and my wife spent the night at The Bull Hotel in Gerrard's Cross for a social event. The customer service was absolutely top notch and all staff were professional and cordial. The hotel was spotless and beautiful and the room was stunning. I would recommend the Bull Hotel and would argue that they exhibit 5 star hotel traits and wish them all the best. Didn't have too much use for the WiFi other than in the function room for the event but was easy to use and fast enough for our needs. Exceptional Service on every level and every member of staff we encountered Clean, stunning and comfortable. Beautiful location and has a great historic country mansion aesthetic. Cannot recommend highly enough We had the lamb which was cooked to perfection. The chef and kitchen staff are excellent and all good was made with love, care and professionalism. The room was spotless and looked beautiful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, as were the armchairs which really made it look welcoming. Great staff and raise the bar when it comes to service and delivering on everything to the best standard possible.

We attended a 50th birthday celebration at the Bull hotel last weekend. The customer service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. Our room was bright, airey and very clean. The choice at breakfast was very good with various juices, cereals, fruit etc on offer along with pancakes and a lovely cooked breakfast and unlimited tea or coffee. Would highly recommend this hotel if you're visiting the Gerrard's Cross area.

Had a suite and all expectations were met. Good A hiccup with rate but rectified straight away with no fuss. Excellent service Good facilities. Jacuzzi bath separate shower and good lighting for shaving. Good comfort bed. Nice lounge area and dining table if like room service. As above Clean throughout the hotel Very good food. I had the club chicken sandwich and my partner had the steak pie. Very delicious.

Lovely hotel couldn't fault anything. Beautiful gardens. Will definatly go back.

Staff very helpful helped me find my room and take me back to my friends in the foyer Would have liked facility to make a cup of tea in my room

We really appreciated the comfortable chairs in our room, alongside other details such as enough hangers, cosy decor and a soap dish by the shower. The bed was comfortable too. We enjoyed our evening meal, though it was quite expensive. However the breakfast was rather disappointing, with standardised fayre, some of it overcooked, and few obvious vegetarian options.

From greeting at Reception to Breakfast everything was fabulous and very helpful.
