The Bull Hotel is superbly located in the centre of Gerrards Cross, a 20-minute train ride from central London. You will be right off the M40, with easy access to the M25 and M4. Heathrow Airport is 12 miles away and Luton Airport is 25 miles. Parking is free and we provide electric car charging points in our car park (subject to availability). We can arrange transport for delegates.
We offer 147 four star bedrooms, so guests and delegates can stay over before or after an event. All our rooms come with complimentary mini bars, free WiFi and large work desks. We also partner with other Buckinghamshire venues to provide discounted accommodation for group bookings.
Customised events in flexible rooms
The Bull’s individually decorated meeting suites can be adapted to host events of any size, from an intimate board meeting or a conference for 180 delegates to a private dinner or a funeral tea for 220 guests.
How about a banquet in the Thames Suite? Or a cosy club meeting in the Chalfont Suite? The Bulstrode Suite is a popular venue for weddings, while the Buckingham Suite hosts spectacular dinner dances and Christmas parties or even a dignified wake. The Garden Room is an intimate venue for private dining.
For more intimate gatherings, the four main suites can be divided into 13 smaller rooms using soundproof partitions.
Clubs and team-building
The Bull’s flexible rooms and landscaped gardens suit club meetings, AGMs and workshops for associations across Buckinghamshire and beyond. With 147 guest rooms, we can also host 24-hour or multi-day retreats with discounted accommodation.
For creative team challenges, how about an archery session or vintage tea party? The hotel can provide giant Jenga and Connect Four, or even set up a game of croquet on the lawn. We work with local companies to provide unique team-building activities and fun events for groups.
Residents at the Bull Hotel can also keep active at the nearby Inspire Gym, offering modern training equipment, cardio & weight zones, and fitness classes. All available for a discounted rate of £7.
Safe meetings and events
At Sarova Hotels, we have changed the way we host meetings and events to keep our staff, delegates and guests safe.
We have introduced enhanced cleaning protocols, including new electrostatic cleaning products from TECcare and disinfecting all AV equipment before each use. All room capacities have been adjusted to maintain delegate distance of at least 1.2m, and will ensure that rooms are never overcrowded. We are investing in new technologies and introducing hybrid meetings so delegates can attend without being physically present.
