Magical White Wedding

I cannot thank Lauren and her team enough for the amazing day that we had. Special thank yous also to Darren (our Duty Manager) and Hannah. Darren had everything under control and nothing was too much to ask for. Hannah was warm and friendly and made us feel very relaxed. I loved how the breakfast room looked and all the staff were very accommodating of our group shots at the bar – i hope we didn’t encroach on your other guests too much. I would say that it would have been better if the seating plan had guest surnames included as we had many guests that had the same first names and one couple sat at the wrong table. We really appreciated being upgraded to a suite for the night – with a toddler it was great to have the extra room and he loved running around. Thank you for the proscecco and the lovely wedding gift. I asked for a late check out the next morning and this was free of charge so again, thanks very much! All of the guests were very impressed with the wedding breakfast food – especially the lamb main course and the apple crumble dessert – please pass my compliments to the chef. The whole day went really well, despite the heavy snow – thank you for giving us and our guests a great experience.
