Our Wedding day

An amazing venue to get married. Lauren the Events Manager made the experience truly memorable. She was so helpful, patient and understanding with all the questions and worries that we had but she always had a smile on her face and would always respond to emails, which demonstrates excellent efficiency. The actual hotel was beautiful and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. If we asked for our guests to have an early check in and late check out, this was done. When we needed to bring decorations up a few days before, there was someone to ensure they were securely locked away, and all the staff were fantastic. Its all the little things that we needed help with and every time, the staff were always there to assist with a smile and professionalism. I thought the menu tasting was superb, even the chef came out and had a discussion about the menu, you wouldn’t get that anywhere else. Gabrielle the toastmaster on the day was fantastic and very professional and please thank him for us. I would honestly say that our experience would have been totally different without Lauren guiding us through every step of the way and her advice was always spot on. We really feel that she made our day so special and she deserves credit for that as she went above and beyond her role as an events manager. and I would 100% recommend your hotel for a wedding to anyone looking to get married. We did look at a few other venues however with the wedding packages you provide, the other venues did not even come close to matching the service and the grounds of the hotel etc. We had the most fantastic wedding day and we are coming back new years eve, as it now holds such special memories for us.
